Going on a year at an agency in Accenture and I feel like I’m not developing fast enough. I’ve had one main project but I’m waiting around for months to join other projects to reach capacity. They fall through because the client drags things out. I want to work towards a promotion but my manager says I can’t be put forward because I don’t have enough projects under my belt. I can’t control that because the agency sets the work. Any advice? Accenture

What will be the case if client doesn't like my performance.

Will they release me from there project before contract ends or any action in terms of termination from job will be taken by client or Nagarro.

Hi Fishes, I've nearly 2.5 YoE in SAP Basis module and I'm not able to figure things out. We were initially trained on ABAP but then told we would work on Basis. Can a law firm in CA rescind an offer if background check reveals an omitted employment history? Worked at a firm for 2-3 months back in 2019 that wasn’t a good fit. Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? They have a list of states from which they will admit tourists while also requiring a negative covid test, health history, etc. As someone not on the approved list, I am bitter and curious why the population is grouped at a state level when there are massively different rates of infection within each state (not to mention personal responsibility) and you are already required to present a negative test.
