I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

I am worried because of the time crunch and will be glad to hear some points on this.

Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him. Does anyone know why so many Cuyahoga County Common Pleas judges require so much extra stuff with motions for default judgment? Some require an affidavit about service when it's right on the docket. Others require a letter sent with a notice of the hearing, when the clerk clearly does that. I have practiced in multiple other counties small and large and none of them have these.

Can someone please explain the process of selling a home when you have an Islamic loan? Since it’s profit sharing i don’t fully own the home right? So if i sell it i can’t take full profits since i don’t own it outright. I’m considering Islamic financing but have so many questions about it. Can you take an equity line?
