Good morning to you too! For peak Salesforce performance, I start with a strong cup of coffee to kickstart the day. Keeping a to-do list helps me keep on track, and I make sure to take brief breaks for a quick stretch to refresh. How about you? Any tips to share?
If the system is working at peak performance, you shouldn't have to take many (if any) actions.

I don’t use an alarm clock except on early morning meeting days. After dealing with the kiddos and dogs I migrate to the office to start my day and hour or so before my first meeting. Make sure I am prepared. Then take a break. Then meetings. A bike ride. Maybe yoga. Food. Etc.

Eating right is also on the roadmap but an H1 or 2 release.
I limit triggers and things that throw me for a loop

Start my day with the workout. I stay away from social media for first 2 hours.

I don't like to eat big heavy meals that make me feel sluggish. Instead I eat small healthy meals and snacks throughout the day. Keeps my blood sugar levels stable and helps me maintain my energy levels.
