I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Hello Fishes,
Most of the managers treat the employees serving NP as their enemy and there are high chances of argument with them. Any thoughts on what worst they can do with employee who is serving NP but have good track record previously.

Hi #Urgent
Got the Offer Letter from Citi upon accepting I also received the Background Verification (BGV) mail.
which says I need to provide the relieving letter/experience letter. But the thing is I have not received it (it will take some time). I only have resignation acceptance letter.
Can we still proceed for bgv process and tell Citi that I will provide the relieving letter later on when i get it.
(already passed my LWD: 2nd nov)

If you're post six years after MBA aren't you a manager level now?
Not per Deloitte. Will try to make a case for manager level though
Deloitte will always hire you at a level below where you are elsewhere - they won’t take you as a manager - they will sell you on a story of quick or mid year promotion - don’t fall for it
Agree, at a big 4 and got that same story. Came in as a SA3 then promoted to M1 within 6-7 months
Just cleared 1st interview and recruiter provided range of $110k-$120k. I already make more than that at my current firm.
They’re probably low balling bc of Covid. If you don’t care about moving forward, tell them the $ amount it would take you to leave your current job. It’s gamble bc they could either say “ok” and try to meet it or “thanks” and drop you.
The market is still pretty hot, lots of people looking for work so that line may not work in your favor.
It’s my understanding that at one point D would pay you what you wanted (if they wanted you). So try your luck with a high range. My friends there entered at $150k post MBA as an SC. The offer for MBA grads now is $160k.
FYI OP the 160 is only for target schools. You will not any credit for a non target mba. That said I came in at 150 two years ago with no mba. I’m in healthcare OT.
Practice leader just left btw
