Got an offer for PDE2 at Phenom. Reviews are mixed — some mention good learning, others say culture is toxic & WLB is bad. Can anyone (esp. in engineering, Hyderabad) share how things actually are in terms of culture, WLB & growth? Appreciate any honest inputs!
