Has anyone ever worked at Spatial Front Inc?
Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

Strategy& fish - i’m currently recruiting for org strategy. Ive talked to associates (in the healthcare practice) and theyve mentioned that it doesnt matter whether youre in corp strategy, org strategy, etc and that you’re pretty much pooled by industry when it comes to staffing.
Can someone confirm this? Also, what do you expect the restructuring to look like?

Interview anyways. Ask this question if you get an offer.
It’s ok to do something like this once every 3-5 yrs, just don’t make a habit of jumping up the job ladder by changing companies every 6 months
No people jump every 2-3 now. It’s the most effective way to get a raise and now considered pretty typical.
Prepare
Did you apply or were you headhunted?
I’d take it. If you get an offer there’s a chance you’d burn a bridge at PWC,but with bcg on your resume i don’t see how it would matter
Im in KPMG for just 4 months and am applying to McK. Hope for the same news as you!
I've had a go at this role and saw some things that are not a fit..
Which is why i am branching out. You can still go for the interview, ask questions - see if it fits into what you're looking for. No harm done. At the end of the day, we are just employees. What you do is replaceable - look out for yourself 👌
EY2 is a dinosaur; hella people are leaving after 3 years and 5 years is basically the new 10.
Come on! Get with it boomer!
Unless I misunderstood the comment, SM1 said that it was okay to leave right after joining (and burn a ton of bridges) every 3 to 5 years.
Of course switching jobs every 3 to 5 years is normal.
You can postpone your interview by 3 months, twice. That’s what I did. Then spend these money this on hardcore prep with a coach, and quality prep course.
Not a big deal, just an interview. Shoot your shot
What group in PWC?
Can you push it back? I had a recruiter reach out from McKinsey and she said I could take as long as I want to prepare and could schedule the interview whenever I wanted. I asked for a month to seriously get into the casing mindset.
I've heard of people getting offers a couple of months after starting at another firm. We have flexible start dates usually so you can push the start date out 3-15 months roughly.
I agree that pushing the interviews back a bit to prep for them may be worthwhile.
Check if you should expect to do a case during the interview. If so you need a lot of practice
As an interviewer, it’s very clear to me when somebody has or hasn’t prepared, especially when it comes to case interviews.
