Got offer letter n onbrding credentials in July starting, joining on next week . BGV is ongoing, but EPFO have a small mismatch for an old employer (dates slightly off since it was a onboarding dropout no actual work due to role mismatch, had informed hr and she was fine just told to clarify in bgv). I am clarifying same to HireRight n screening team for last 1 mth, still they're verifying. Can such a small EPFO issue delay or cause issue in joining, even after offer letter n onb'g credentials?
