Got rating and hike details. Very low hike as compared to other product companies and even very worse than last year even after delivering at least twice the value. I feel that HSBC has now lost it's value and is like service based company. They are nor firing under performing people and neither rewarding top performers. Much like any other service based company. Any body also feels the same?

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.
