Got rejected by BCG in first round. Reached out for feedback a week ago and haven’t heard anything back yet. My interviewer was very expressive about how good my stories were and the chatbot part felt straightforward. Wondering if my interviewer was just being overly nice to make me feel comfortable? Is it worth following up for feedback? Would love to learn from any takeaways they have for me to use in future interviews, but don’t want to be overly aggressive about it either. Thoughts??

Looking to begin a career in Financial Analytics. I am an Economics major that graduated in Dec 2020. Since then I have been an Operations Analyst at a FinTech company. I also have some past experience as an analyst at a small business lending company in college. I have been applying for jobs for the past ~6 months. Just took this BCG Quant Reasoning test and I think I messed it up. Some of the units are so confusing. Is nearest 000s of pounds 23000 or 23? They don’t partial mark it and the whole test was filled with this sort of thing. Oh well
