Need a little perspective: Did you get faster at brainstorming ideas as you went along in your career? I’m one of the only juniors at a mostly senior agency and having trouble keeping up.

I’m getting sick of getting a brief and asked to create a cool new campaign with amazing designs in less than a day. My best work isn’t turned around in less than 24 hours. And for background, I have pushed back literally every time. Nothing seems to be getting better.

Tips for saving/mocking up social posts of your work once it’s posted? Like is it easier to take a screen grab or what? Sorry I’m not super tech savvy. Haha
