Cognizant really scammed us. They are not paying for the notice period shortfall. I got my full and final settlement but only for the days where I survived. They have preponed my LWD by 38 days , stating the shortfall of your notice period will be paid during full and final settlement. But today I checked the Final settlement it's mentioned that there is no due pending from cognizant.
