Guys help me decide on an opportunity as a tech lead for the below:

1. Infobeans - 42 lpa fixed (remote) (1 lpa gratuity)
Infobeans is service based (client work), full remote, less chance to network and 18 days leave in total (pl and sick leave). Leave policy is not the best.

2. Kaplan - 37 lpa fixed
product based (value addition in CV ??) good role, good wlb and job stability, 2 days office hence a chance to network. Less CTC.

For litgation we're thinking past pleadings and MTDS then X, Discovery than Y, SMJ motions then Z trial then Q.

What are your thoughts on this ? What are my issues here. I think the hardest one is to predict discovery. But I also think we can outsource some of this to cheeper labor and lean on our tech to not actually have to review everything.

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.

What are the pros and cons of joining a Captive Organization for Salesforce ?

It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?
