I am turning restless, anxious and stressed day by day. Unable to enjoy my life, complete targets on time.
Somedays I get up with a heavy heart for no reason and cry like crazy. I don't feel good about myself and I feel like I lost myself.
Sometimes I am scared of sleeping what if I die while sleeping.

It's impacting me badly. Suggestions please

Does anyone know how litigation finance works on the plaintiff side? If someone wanted to bring a lawsuit against their former employer would a general contingency arrangement with a plaintiff’s firm make sense?
