2. What is equivalent position in other organization if they offerd L21 . Is it like assistant or associate manager ?
3. What kind of form is needed to fill to get the bonus ?i deally it should come straight into account upon joining? Isnt it ?

Thanks for respodning.

You will be required to work 3 days a week starting from 1st April mandatorily.

You can check the relevant article in one support (internal portal) regarding 3 days a week policy from April.

1.2 days a week is mandatory
2.You can't compare it, its not that straight. Here, ranks are as per salary slabs.
3.Which bonus you are talking about?

Im also from mumbai, having same questions in my mind

As of now yes you can do 8 days straight in a month. It also depends on manager. April onwards, it’s 3 days a week.

Alright. It seems flexible then. Additional information: out 3 days a week, 1 day has to be either Monday or Friday.

What do you mean by either Monday or Friday?

Hoping to get some insight on this process from those who have been through it as it sounds like a great opportunity. What do they look for? How can I ace the interview?

Few questions if you wouldn’t mind to oblige:

- How many rounds of interviews should I expect?
- Any notable differences (for those who have done both) on processes between corporate and agency level?
- Any notable differences in project management decision making structure / matrix between corporate and agency level?

In my offer letter, nothing is mentioned about variable pay, but the recruiter had mentioned to me about 0-12% variable. Am I missing anything. Do they have any variable component in the salary or not.

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
