Hi all, I’ve been taking 15mg XR in the morning and 15mg IR as needed in the afternoon for about 2 years now and it’s helped a lot, however, when I take time off I just feel so lethargic. I’ve read about people taking Wellbutrin as well. Anyone have experiences with this? I meditate and exercise as well, but I just lack energy and almost feel like the same things don’t make me happy when I’m not on my medication.

Has anyone just taken a break from work without anything lined up? Every offer I’ve gotten wants me to start in a month and with 2 weeks notice that leaves me only 2 weeks to recharge. I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Sadly, causing tension between me and my partner as well as he cannot relate and seems preoccupied with business as usual. Trying to get out the funk and just telling myself it’s all the hormones.

First trimester insomnia?
I’m only about 5 weeks, but my sleep schedule has gone off the rail the last three nights. I’m sleepy/drowsy, settled in bed around the same time every night, and yet I cannot fall or stay asleep. I have a white noise machine, comfy bed, cool room.. etc. When I do fall asleep, it’s earlier in the morning and I sleep until 1/1:30pm. This was fine the first few nights since it was the weekend, but it can’t keep up. Anyone else experience this and have any recommendations?
