Leaving tcs - I don't want to go with ugly wlb in life. Also I want brand name. And job security, I'm confused to make a move b/w ey GDS because of brand and iris because of work life balance. Growth is similar in both. But work culture is opposite.

Does brand band really help in getting recog ?
