Guys, I’ve completed my two rounds of discussion in AstraZeneca. My 1st round was completed virtually on 5th Aug. My 2nd round and the HR discussions happened in-person on the very same day on 9th Aug.

Now, it’s been around 18 days that I am yet to get an Offer Letter. I contacted my HR 2-3 times in between and he is saying that it’s in progress.

Kindly let me know if it takes this much of time and if they can match my expectations.

Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). Considering this money all reminds invested I should have a decent nest egg for retirement. Have an LIC policy that will be worth arnd 50 lakhs when I surrender it (plan down payment for an apartment). Struggling to convince parents this should be enough for me to move back. They think I should move back when I have more financial security. What more should I plan for ?
