I currently work in Infosys as Associate Consultant CTC 10.04 (YoE 4 yrs +2 yrs MBA) in pune location.

I have an offer from Accenture for level 10 with 13 fixed and CTC 15.73 in Bengaluru location.

I am going to marry in 4 months. And wanted to be settled in pune, recently purchased a flat on home loan. I am worried because of the recent layoffs in Accenture and also the work location is Bengaluru.

What would you suggest for me.. should i join Accenture or not

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
