Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.
Is this normal with EY recruitment

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Won't ask why shifting from govt back but will surely ask why Genpact of all companies.
Work culture is too bad. Night shift works be last of your worries. They will just make you work any shift depending on need. They even force employees to come to office during covid .
I understand each company has its own merits and demerits. I absolutely don't have any issue with the work pressure or other things. I was just inquisitive about the login and logoff times. Like when do the shifts start for each zone?

I only have 1 question xD
Genpact is good company to work with.
The night shift could be dependent on the process you are working for.
In BFSI related process you get 5 days working, which is good thing here.
At Genpact people would expect you to be flexible with timings.
If you are uncomfortable, sadly we cannot do anything about it.
At Genpact we believe in providing best service to the client and client's requirements come always first.
Please Kindly discuss about your incentives with hiring manager before joining as I feel that being as a senior manager, you could earn more.
If you even join Genpact for experience. You shall have very bright future with other companies after having Genpact experience.
A good 2 years with Genpact is highly advisable to work for.
I wish you a very good future.
Please do not worry more about night shifts, you would definitely get to learn and grow into a very soon atmosphere.
Work culture is good, majorly depends on client but it's nothing like you cannot smile from heart while working.
At 4D level, if you will get USA process them surely you will be doing 5:30 pm to 2:30am at least
UK 1.30pm to 10.30pm
Australia 4am to 1pm like that
