Had a discussion with Wipro for B3 role. I have an offer of 28 fix and it was discussed for 30 fix and 10% variable. Now no response from HR and once called yesterday, i was told approval issue and 30 plus are not getting approved due to quarter end. One acquaintance did get LOI for 32 overall with 60 around notice whereas mine is less than 30 days. Rounds went pretty well.
Apparently, it seems to be biased based on parameters other than tech rounds feedback.
