Had my salary discussion with HR on 19th Jan and she said offer would be rolled out by 23rd. Today is 29th but still no update from them nor they’re picking calls or responding to emails. Anyone faced similar situation and usually how many days does it take to release offer ?

Exited M level consulting for a f500 D role in the $250-$300 range. Early 30s now - comp seems relatively standard for that level and YOE.
