Stuck on a tech implementation for 18 months now. Part of me wants to quit my job, but a big reason I am anxious to do so is how pivotal my knowledge and experience is to the success of the project.

Telco PMs, how do you call that type of project in which you manage the End-To-End deployment? I mean from planning the electric connections for a servers rack, engineering the network, the cabling and devices installation, setting up the link (and everything in between)?

English is not my first language and I'm having trouble coming up with what we call "Llave en Mano" in Spanish... or is it just End-To-End? My mind is fried and is only Wednesday.

Looking for respectful ways to manage helping people in need of a job or seeking mentorship. I get 3-4 requests a week from mutual contacts asking if I can connect with a former colleague (always broad). Typically the ask is a 30-45 min call. I’ve been laid off, I know how hard a time it is, but equally am working long hours, parenting and want to reserve time for those I know. How do others manage these extra calls into their weeks?

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. I can't help but feel that my current 'Digital Managing Partner' job title is a little too niche when it comes to LinkedIn job/resume keyword relevance, particularly outside of a media agency environment. However, a 'Digital Director' title feels too junior and 'Managing Director' maybe a little more senior. Any logical suggestions please? Thanks
