We’re pro murder at Omnicom
🦗🦗🦗 for everything except charlie kirk’s death 💀
Nothing at CM/Omnicom.
Triple confirming. bau
It’s shocking tonsome people to hear this but truth is that not everyone follows politics. Some of us have trauma and don’t want to reminded constantly and have checked out for their own mental wellbeing. Some people are at risk and don’t want to be reminded of the daily horrors at the door.
So unless the communications from my company are about what exactly they are going to do to solve the issue, I’d prefer the crickets. At least I don’t have to worry about retraumatization at work
Everything is political and being able to check out is a privilege.
But checking out doesn’t necessarily mean not caring. People may check out for their own sanity.

What about the agencies in Minneapolis?
Nada here
My company hasn’t issued any kind of statement, and I doubt they will. It seems like whenever something major is going on, they tend not to address it. It’s a pretty sensitive topic, so I understand why they might not want to say anything.
How is it sensitive? It’s should be discouraged not silenced
It’s a political issue. A place of work is not a place for politics.
