Hahah this is LITERALLY how I got into mechanical engineering. I turned on a projector in class, my teacher said I was always good at figuring out solutions and should consider mech, and I pretty much just took her advice and went with it. How did you all get into the field?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Received offers from PNC and UBS. Same position. Same benefits. Purely seeking opinions on the companies. Previous experience at EJ. Left to get away from outside sales nature and isolation.
