Hard not to notice how rough the economic outlook feels right now. Ongoing geopolitical issues, both domestic and international, have created a lot of uncertainty, and that uncertainty is bleeding straight into corporate decision-making.

Instead of allocating funds toward new initiatives, hiring, or transformation work, a lot of companies seem to be in wait and see mode protecting cash, slowing investment, and deferring decisions. The downstream effect is obvious, when will job market improve?

How much is a good amount (% wise) to be putting into your pension pot? Would be good to hear at different salary brackets!

I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected).
