Harvey user-- pretty impressed. It's not "smart" but it writes remarkably well (structurally speaking) and analyzes documents well. I'm very happy with it. No experience to offer the requested comparison though.

Legora user and would say the same about it.

On the legal research bit: it is almost too good in the sense that you really need to verify every source and question it several times. Definitely speeds up the process though.

Honestly, with either of these tools, what you get out of them will be only as good as the quality of the data and prompts going in on the front end and the careful review you do on the backend. My firm officially adopted Harvey, but I could easily do everything I currently do with Harvey using Legora. So in a sense, they’re almost interchangeable—though one may be better than the other on the margins for specific things.

Hi Everyone !!!

This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at
Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.

I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?

Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm doing patent work. I applied to a part time masters program to try to pivot to a different technical field (still doing patent work, but in something that interests me more than what I’m doing now). Do I try to stick it out at the firm while getting the masters, ask for a reduced hours schedule, or get a part time, non-legal job so I can focus more on the program (one year).

Struggling to get work at a free market firm after lateraling. I was very well liked at my prior firm and had high hours so really struggling to understand why folks don’t seem to want to come back to me with more work.
