1) Take transition & seriously prep for product roles in big tech (risk - might miss out on visa cycle)
2) close to conversion - Sr Manager, Corp strat at a high-growth tech firm (same $ as C2, some nego power but might land between C2/ PL $ even after any equity - bottom line, not a stellar opportunity, but entry into tech and possible mobility to prod)
3) Take PL promotion & continue looking for product roles

Things have been super stressful at work lately for a variety of reasons & a couple of weeks ago I decided to raise the issues with my Creative Director.
For context, he’s the reason for a lot of these problems and I (tactfully, I think) said as much. He listened to me patiently but took no responsibility and deflected blame with every issue raised.
Today he asked me to send an email to him about how overworked I am so that he can use it to talk to management. (cont. in comments)

I am working on requesting for a promotion/pay increase from the proverbial "Junior Consultant" to a "Senior Consultant" (coming up on 2 years employed here).

After doing some SERIOUS research into average pay grades for my position, I'm coming from a position of weakness (highly underpaid).

Looking for advice. I’m a sr. associate in cyber at a Big 4 on track for a promo to manager in a year. My old employer reached out to me about coming back as an Associate Director.

Concern is that this AD role would not have bonuses (nonprofit), so I’d potentially be “throwing away” $ by leaving consulting now. Would opps later on be better having had an associate director role on my résumé before I’m 30? Should I stick it out in consulting? The job is a dream, but short term $ is def less.
