Starting negotiations with @UBS for a Sr WSA. What is the base salary range for this position and what is standard team comp?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
