Has anyone actually had a company ask to reach out to your references during the interview process, particularly at the Analyst level? I'd prefer nobody knows I'm looking so not sure what to do.

Last month someone from Natwest posted an opening on a linkedin professional network, I sent him my CV. After couple of days 2 rounds of interview happened and I was told that I am selected, salary was discussd and he told me that offer letter will be released soon. No commumication was done over email. Was he a fraud?

Hey guys, I have the first short 15-minutes call with a product guy from Hugging Face today wherein he is likely going to take a guess at what roles I could be suitable for. Quick one, Is it okay to always ask for time to collect thoughts before answering questions during case interviews or should we shoot from the hip? I stutter naturally so speaking without a bit of time to collect thoughts can be hard.

So my learning level reached equivalent to a Technical Lead and I'm currently working as a Technical Lead serving solution for technologies like Angular, React, Ionic, Flutter, CodeIgniter, Spring Boot, MySQL, AWS, Azure and CentOS based server Management and Team Management.

Currently my earnings at this designation is about 6.6LPA. I need to know about the market value for these skills and how that can be achieved.

Does anyone stress about student loans? I have $176k in loans and as January gets closer, the panic attacks have gotten worser. I am in-house at a Real Estate company (making $90k), which is terrible bc they are going under due to the market.
