I’m a college student studying data science. I’m interning at Deloitte currently is to become a data science consultant for non-profits. I don’t know if this is a role that even exists, let alone how I would start down that path. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range.
