I’m curious - let’s say you have a role to fill but they are targeting only female candidates to balance out the team. What recruiting strategies can i implement to meet those needs?

I have been on a planned personal sabbatical this year pursuing personal interests. Now I’m ready to go back to work. I will have next week the second interview with an exec recruiter for a company for a Director level position reporting to the COO of the company. In addition to having relevant experience and accomplishments handy, I would appreciate any pointers for having a good interview at this level.

Is this a good stepping stone to a Privacy Counsel role? How long should I expect to work at PwC before I could apply to Privacy Counsel roles??

I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. Applying for promotion to Digital Design Lead. 15 YoE, currently making about 82k + profit share. 3rd in seniority and department is currently restructuring. Based on some other internal salary ranges, planning to to ask for 106k, about a 30% jump. How does this look?

what kind of strategy roles have folks pivoted to brand side, and where do you find openings? the few “brand strategist” jobs i’ve seen are 1. few and far between and 2. require 10+ years of experience
