Has anyone else found themselves walking back some of the boundaries they put up with their employer? Tonight I hopped on a Zoom call at 8:30 and just finished answering some emails. It's just that the job market is a mess, and I know I can be replaced in a second, so now I'm bending over backwards to make myself as irreplaceable as possible.
