Can someone please explain the process of selling a home when you have an Islamic loan? Since it’s profit sharing i don’t fully own the home right? So if i sell it i can’t take full profits since i don’t own it outright. I’m considering Islamic financing but have so many questions about it. Can you take an equity line? Can you write off mortgage interest?

I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Polling the group: Stay for one more year at Big 4 firm as a manager and get possibly get promoted next year - or take senior manager job now at a boutique firm? Offering same pay but better hours.

If you put in your 2-week notice and they cut you off that same day for going to a competitor, would you still get paid for the remaining 2 week period? (Assuming it's the start of the period)
