Able to write complex code (python and sql) during daliy work deliverable, but when it comes to online practice, assessment test and interviews, you go completely blank as in don't even understand the problem statement

How long is it taking to hear back from companies (Accenture, Deloitte etc.) after applying with referral? Is it quicker because of great resignation or still the same amount of waiting time?

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program?
