Current CTC: 20 LPA (including variable)
Offered CTC: 35 LPA (including variable)
Is it appropriate?

Also, want to know more about the company culture, work life balance, policies. Can someone provide details?

What shitty policy few organizations are having to call people down to office to pick laptop? Even in wfh scenario. How is that efficient?

They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Any guidance here is greatly appreciated.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted.
