What should go in a job offer letter? My job was just verbal but we’re hiring and the solo managing attorney just repeats that he trusts me. I’m thinking start date, salary, benefits (stipend for health ins and 401(K) match), billable hour requirement, and vacation policy.
Missing anything? Also, as background, this is a JD graduate that postponed the July bar exam to Feb. Eligible as a Certified Limited Practice Graduate under supervision. So there’ll be a salary bump upon full licensure.
