Has anyone had success requesting pleadings from NSW Supreme Court? I’m in Qld and it’s easy up here but my requests aren’t progressing because of a gate keeping client services person (my reasons aren’t substantial enough and obviously will be rejected - yet everything I see says reasons don’t need to be substantial). What reasons do I need to put to actually get access?

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

At what point do you draw the line on WLB? Working insane hours on a long/term project with what feels like no end in sight. It’s not sustainable but clearly expected. Could you get fired for drawing lines in the sand and saying (example) “come 8:30 every night I’m logging off”. That’s a 65 hour work week as-is but I currently am up until midnight working consistently. For context I’ve been rated as a strong performer consistently and am not new to the job so it’s not a lack of understanding.

As a junior, how do you deal with the anxiety that the advice you provide to a partner based on your research (that is being sent to client without much supervision) could be wrong or incomplete?
