Has anyone heard if/when the IPG-Omnicom combination will also merge their HR files and notes, to ensure that important protective information (e.g., any predatory leaders' past behaviors) will be shared across all agencies? Especially with agencies on the IPG side that still allow fully-remote employees, as this could prevent protective precautions from being shared and allow for long-distance "grooming?"

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.
