Been in the industry a while, current Head of DSPV and looking to jump back into FT work. Non-MD so it’s hard to find companies that will hire me even though I teach in grad school and headed for my PhD. Any thoughts? Openings?

I am a developer with 4.7 yrs in IT & have worked as .Net & presently as Salesforce Developer in my career, my ctc is 9.5LPA.
How can i shape my career hierarchy to reach at good level with yoe i have. I see my juniors with just 2yoe earning more than my ctc. Should i work as a developer for coming years or should i start preparing myself for higher level in IT. Incase if I should prepare for higher levels then what it should be Architect or is it shud be in Bussiness domain?

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? I’m thinking about making the switch myself but I don’t have a digital background.

Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. I start my journey of being more technical today. I am giving myself 2 yrs. I started a role doing IT controls, Identity and Access Management work. I have prior experience in UAT, business process controls (A-123). I am planning on passing the Security plus and CISSP certs within 2 yrs. Have a TS clearance.
