MBA graduate in Marketing. Changed companies very frequently but stayed at Oyo for almost 2years as Zonal manager until the lay off. After ~1year of trying during covid, got a job as Client Advisor in NoBroker. It has been 5months but the pressure is high. Now wants to work in IT. Any advice how one should proceed? Which certification will help and where to get it?

Suggestions needed. Got offer from other Big4s with same money offer. Got to talk to very great partners, and practices/work-life balance are very similar across all 3 firms. Currently more toward DT but only cuz I know more people there so I feel less nervous going there. When it comes to turning down offers, what other professional reasons can I provide?

Looking for advice (& empathy): Started out in advertising, then became a journalist. Moved to the US for grad school, and back to advertising few years ago. I have two job offers, one offers a salary of 61.5k and the other job offers an hourly rate of $27.65 with $41.48 for OT, as well as Sales Incentive Compensation Plan where the annual target incentive compensation is 42.86%.
