Me and google calendar are locked in🤞🏾. Time blocking helped me a lot. Be detailed in the appt description Ex(6:30-8pm read Ch 8-10 & discussion) det the task a couple of days before it's due jic something comes up. Add cal appts in as early as possible, when you receive the syllabus. Schedule in breaks (snack, no screen time), walks, fitness class, or some sort of stress relieving activity. Have work boundaries and stick to them as best as possible. Pnce the work laptop is closed for the day, dont reopen. Going for a short walk between between work and school class to clear my head helped me. Prep and Add small repetitive habits (prep food/snacks/clothes the night before). Atomic Habits by James Cleary has a lot of good tips. It's on Libby(audio book app). Do what works for you... some are able to study better in public places like coffee shops or libraries instead of home. Good luck!!!
