I had a second interview with a company on 9/21 and hadn’t heard back from them in a week so I sent a follow up email to the recruiter I had been in contact with on 9/30. I still haven’t heard back from the company but Workday still says I’m “Under Consideration”. Should I send a second follow up or wait it out?

I know it sounds weird because we are on the same team and we are all working to achieve the same goal but it feels a little undermining to me as a developer. If you work in tech your skills are in demand. We have a choice about where we work. If your employer is more evil than the average corporation that’s on you. Figure out the companies you refuse to work for on ethical grounds before you start looking for a job. It may feel like limiting your opportunities, but most of the time a company doing bad things in the world is going to have an unpleasant internal culture to match.
