Has anyone read "Good to Great"? My boss and several other managers on the team rave about this book, so I guess I should read it but I'm having trouble getting into it. Does anyone else have an opinion on this book? Do you find it valuable or a bit cliche?

Yeah it’s cliche. Do a Blink or one of the summaries on it IMO.

It’s one of my favorite business/leadership books. I found it incredibly valuable

"Good to Great" is a widely popular and well-regarded book in the business and management world. It was written by Jim Collins and published in 2001. The book is based on a five-year research project that involved studying companies that had made the transition from being good to becoming great. Personally, I find it valuable resource for learning about business and management principles.

Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.

Definitely interested in the "exception from this policy may be requested if provision of non-professional services doesn't interfere with one's duties of causes conflict of interest" clause, though. Has anyone been able to get one of those before?
