I've been thinking about how it can be hard to reach users to get feedback on early stage prototypes, concepts, demos, pitches, landing pages, tag lines, etc. What would you all think about a community for early stage founders where you can do a show-and-tell, get feedback from other founders, and give feedback? Thinking IRL dinners to start. Focused on b2c where the founder group would probably fit within your target audience. Do you have this problem and would this help you?

Good idea. Also interested

Keep in mind that you risk creating an echo chamber with just tech-aware, product focused, founder ideological perspectives.

Just look at the obserdity of Clubhouse blowing up during the pandemic and being valued at $4b for reinventing a group phone call, all because VCs and tech bros personally liked using it.

Peers are great for feedback, but this is why companies also use focus groups, public betas, and real-world A/B tests.

This may exist depending on where you live. Def a big community in Colorado!

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?
