Has anyone used a job coach? I've been looking for a full time remote job in my field (for public policy) for a year and a half and I haven't been able to land a job :( I got my Masters recently and I was hoping that would open some doors but I'm extremely discouraged and not sure what else I should be doing!

How’s your WFH workload, all? This week: Mon: 10 am - 2 am. Tues: 9 am-8 pm. Wed: 10 am-9 pm. Thurs: 10 am - 8 pm. Fri: 9:30 am-8 pm. Sat: 10 am - 7 pm. Sun: noon - 4 pm, then 7 pm - 11 pm.

I’m the sole earner and have a kid, so “just quit!” during a pandemic is not it - and “setting boundaries” ain’t easy when I’m always reachable by text/zoom/email. Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer?
