I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work

Couple of main points: 1) I like the work that I do and like Deloitte as a place to do it; 2) there's a wealth of valid information now that allows you to know where you stand in the band; 3) compared to my peers, and considering my performance, I am highly undervalued and that doesn't feel good - I'm not saying I need to be at the top of the band, but considering my track record, I should be at least in the middle...
Please dont point to glassdoor..been there and its not been too useful.

Was at DU this week. The straight talk session with a PPD amounted to the following: THEY WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR SALARY. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
My solution? Jump ship. In getting a 41% bump.
@D2 what were major points you covered to help get that increase?

My understanding is that they in fact have no power to change the salaries themselves, however, RSSLs will work with HR to make adjustments. HR has the final say...
