I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Do you address it pre-emptively? Or does that show insecurity and you leave the elephant in the room and wait till they ask you?
