What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. This ... is ... not ... sustainable! I’m the sole earner and have a kid, so “just quit!” during a pandemic is not it - and “setting boundaries” ain’t easy when I’m always reachable by text/zoom/email. I’m fortunate to have a job, but damn. Working From Home = Working Forever From Everywhere. And it sucks.
