Has anyone done a survey for Capvision? I did one on ediscovery vendors that was supposed to pay $100, and now they are asking for bank details to transfer the payment. I’ve done surveys for Newton and they pay by gift card. So I’m a bit hesitant to put in my bank info here—seems like it could be an elaborate phishing scam?

PARTNERS: two questions —1. What’s the best way to get out of small law? I am a junior partner and don’t want to be running a law firm by myself in 5-10 years. The mid-level partners are not business-savvy so I don’t see myself wanting to partner with them either. I want to move to a larger firm.

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.
