14 month isn't necessarily quick. It may also be too early for you to know whether consulting is a fit or not. Maybe you already know it is /isn't. Why do YOU think you second guess? Give an example or two where you feel so: we all second guess to make sure we are objective in our assessments/POV. Nothing wrong with it, unless your second guesses are preventing you from taking action or leading to wrong results every time

OP, what you're describing is culture shock. I too came in from industry, and took me a little while to get in the rhythm. But the one thing I didn't lose confidence in was my own subject matter knowledge. None of my peers at the time had as much subject matter experience. So while I knew was I talking about (I think 😀), I wasn't necessarily churning out things like a machine either. 2-3 years of rigorous 'beatings' helped. Consulting is indeed challenging. The reward comes if you stay focused. But it's not for everyone. Your priorities may be diff than someone else's, so think of it in totality. But what you're describing is very normal for someone new to it
Just take some time off to reflect and take break.
I don’t think a quick exit would impact you so if you have a solid offer somewhere, then you should take it. However, you really take a good 1-2 weeks off to just relax first before doing anything.
If you have a good story nothing's too quick! You can do it
