Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

6 hours is right on the cut line for me whether driving or flying. But with Covid and airports these days I would just drive - less hassle and your on your own schedule
Used to do ATL weekly pre-covid and would rent cars every single week. The airport is massive and is connected to the rental car center via tram which is two stops away. It has every major rental car company and two HUGE parking garages full of cars.
If you're ok flying, I would suggest doing the rental car route.

Agree with SM2 and D1. ATL has a great rental car setup. If that's the only thing holding you back, don't worry about it.
Pre-covid I rented from Hertz, and they always had nice cars available. I would normally get an Infinity or a Cadillac for my upgrade.

Since it's only a 24 hour trip, I would fly instead of spending 13 hours driving. I was in the Atlanta Airport two weeks ago and due to masks & lack of crowds, felt pretty safe. Also, there were plenty of hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere.
But what protocols are used and what behavior occurs on the tram? That may be the virus contagion weak link in this chain.
Uber
Uber. And or rent away from the airport. The rental car situation at ATL is never good. Even without co-19.
Rental cars require a train to get to - probably adds 10-20 minutes from baggage claim
Fly because you can spend some time reading or sleeping or whatever. 13 hrs of driving for 24 hr trip isn’t worth it
